Masks have been required in ALL private businesses in my metropolitan area (by far the largest in the state and home to 30% of the state's population).

Great news that some states are beginning to open up by the way. They just need a reliable way of identifying the vaccinated, some kind of identity card that can be affixed to the lapel of your jacket for easy identification.
