Awesome, man! They both have a shitload of nutrients, healthy saturated animal fat, & good cholesterol (especially eggs).
Most test-boosting supplements on the market really are bullshit.
If you wanted to supplement with extra D3 (if you're not out in the sun much), that'd be fine. Boron, too. Both are cheap and unlike a lot of other supplements, quality won't (or at least shouldn't) vary a ton from brand to brand to brand. Zinc & magnesium, too.
The hot topics in recent times are tongkat ali & forskohlii. I've messed with both. Didn't get any bloodwork, so I can't comment save for anecdotal experience. I had times where I "felt" something and times I didn't feel anything. Tongkat ali I believe also boosts libido, so that's why a lot of guys will "feel" like it's boosting T levels.
Mike Mahler is a kinda buddy of mine. If you're gonna learn about test-boosting supplements from anyone, I'd only recommend him. Lifetime natural (even though he's a vegan lmao). EXTREMELY well-read. He puts a lot of info on his IG, but good luck sorting through all the videos since IG basically has no real semblance of a search function.
Honestly, if you made sure your sleep was on point, you were decently lean (being too fat elevates cortisol which can fuck with both test & estrogen levels), then eat copious amounts of red meat & eggs, you'll have more than 80/20'ed yourself to good test levels, IMO.
