Called BRAK Stomach, or Torso, Back, Arms and Knees.

You start with sit-ups. Then you do back raises, meaning you lay on your stomach and look at the sky, arms is push-ups, Knees are squats. All are free weight and you do them for as long as you can. It is good to have someone motivate you. Basically you should not stop until you throw up, everytime until you stop throwing up. Com[;ete 3 sets every morning. At my age I still start at around 250 sit ups, 175 back raises, 200 push ups. For squats I rest about 5 minutes towards the wall, then I get bored.
My lifting numbers are not impressive at all. My highest bench is 120, I reckon I could do about 100 today. My squat 205. I am ridiculous when it comes to deadlift though, 255 kg. I used to carry pianos for a living while I trained.
Anyways lads, just keep it simple/
