the courts determined that what happened to that girl was rape.

so if you admit to wanting to rape someone, and you claim that the only reason you didn't rape someone is because you had too much booze and couldn't get it up, but stood there and watched your friends rape that person,

YOU ARE A RAPIST.
Was he found guilty of rape? If he was, he's a rapist. If he wasn't, he's not. However, in my opinion he is a dog shit excuse for a person.

that's not the definition of a rapist. that's the definition of a convicted rapist.

Lloyd Irvin is a person who, by his own admission, will commit rape. Are we to believe that every time rape is available to Lloyd Irvin, he is too drunk to commit the rape?

Oh, so the metric is your feelings. As you were.

but it's awesome that you want to argue so bad you're trying to come up with ways to give Lloyd fucking Irvin the moral high ground.

LoL.

'will' commit rape. hold your horses, that implies he's currently prowling, which would be ridiculous.

oh - I forgot the best part.

the reason Lloyd wasn't convicted as an accessory was because there was someone else in the room, and while this girl was being forcibly sodomized she couldn't definitively say if it was Lloyd or the other guy who was raping her at the same time. And the defense argued that since they were both black, and the room was dark, and she was being raped, she couldn't possibly say with any certainty if Lloyd Irvin had actually participated. The other guy had already plead guilty, so Lloyd Irvin was acquitted.

By his own testimony, he acknowledged he was willing to participate in a rape. A decade later, he wrote a half-ass apology where he apologized to everyone but the victim, about everything except the rape.

Taken in combination with the fact that two of his students were tried for rape, and their defense was funded by Lloyd Irvin, I would say that Lloyd Irvin by his own actions, statements, and associations is certainly willing to rape given the right victim and situation.

Fuck Kirik and Irvin and his little minion Proctor. There is only one correct decision to make that night, stop the others by any means necessary.

I know Maldonado and that Schultz guy was found innocent, think its a little too much to be calling people rapist when they are aquitted in trial imo.

Although this team has a shitty history I will admit.

The outcome of the trial makes him not a rapist by any objective definition. My mocking you has nothing to do with it.

Shocker –apparently, the jury, after deliberating, has found, according to an IM from Ayanthi Gunawardana, is that the Jury in Maldonado/Shultz rape trial have found Maldonado NOT GUILTY on all charges. Nick Shultz’ verdict has not yet come thru. The jury calls it like they see it.
NICHOLAS SCHULTZ: Jury returned verdict on almost all counts. Presumably acquittal but it doesn’t say for sure. Still deliberating on a misdemeanor sexual abuse charge and second degree sexual abuse

Seems like its only a misdemeanor charge and second degree sexual abuse.

the outcome of the trial means that he was Not Guilty beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt.
Now we know your definition of reasonable doubt.

I don't think there's a reasonable doubt that Lloyd Irvin is a rapist. If a serial killer is denied the opportunity to kill, is he any less of a killer?
according to you, nobody is a murderer if they've been tried and found Not Guilty.

OJ Simpson? is he a murderer or not?

There is a reasonable doubt. That's why he was found not guilty.

If a serial killer is denied the opportunity to kill, is he any less of a killer?
Yes. That's why uttering threats, attempted murder and murder are all different charges.

according to you, nobody is a murderer if they've been tried and found Not Guilty.
False.

OJ Simpson? is he a murderer or not?
In my opinion did he kill Ron and Nicole? Yes.
Would I go on a public forum and state categorically that I know him to be a murderer? No.
