Symptoms and causes - Mayo Clinic

I'm self diagnosing, but wtf? I've been getting headaches at the end of the day for a about 1-2 weeks. Just feels like there is a massive build up of pressure around my head, like a halo. When i bend down to pick something up, the pain is intensified. Rush of blood to the head i guess??

I wouldn't say that i'm overly stressed out or anything. Busy with working and going to school but i wouldn't say i'm stressed. No issues sleeping, focusing, TCOB etc.

Anyone else get headaches?

I used to have them daily and get migraines at least twice a month for about a 3 year span.

Anxiety is the main cause for me. Also Splenda will trigger them.

Any dietary changes or environmental changes recently? More exposure to florescent lighting? Change in sleeping habits?

Nothing dietary. At work there's florescent lights and i work at a computer all day. i'm getting more sleep now than i was a month ago if anything.

Hope you got over those man, this fucking sucks

Worse when bending over sounds like a sinus pressure headache. However, the pressure doesn't typically wrap around the head.

Go to the doctor.

1. Do a triglyceride check.
2. Eat thick-cut oatmeal every morning.
3. Replace starch with beans.
4. Walk @ least 30 mins daily.
5. If you drink coffee, stop.
6. Lots of water.
7. Juice organic greens daily.
8. Quality multi-vitamins.
9. No red meat.

Sounds like beginning stages of PRES.

TRY this for 3 weeks.

Don't mess around with headaches. Can be really basic or can be very dangerous.

Keep headache log and go to PCP.

YA cutting out coffee I think is the big one. We brew it at work all day, I likely have 7 cups. Kindaaaa a lot.

Thanks for the advice everyone else. Going to set up Dr. appointment

I spent 2 months isolated in a hotel room exactly one year ago today, with migraines.

Horrible isn't the word. TORTUROUS is best.
I was living a nightmare that started with halos, moved to aura's, throwing up, screaming tinnitus, bedridden, completely debilitated.
Complete darkness was too bright.
I went to every specialist under my healthcare plan.
When I decided only I could save my life, I did the above, and it worked.
I should add, I made sure my oral hygiene was a base foundation to avoid sinus disruption.
