Normally this is true. But we got over 20 inches of rain in Austin last month (which is WAY above normal). Rain has stopped, but the lingering humidity is still here (60-70% lately, higher last week). That's the only thing pushing our heat index over a 100, we haven't had a true temp over 100 yet this year. It's been weird with all of the rain last month, all the clouds gave us a late start to the heat months. I imagine the humidity will be lower in another week or two.
This made me laugh and I could not explain why to my co workers. Good job assman
