Since I'm a genius:

It is the making of core processors, their complete structure......that keep the plane flying and able to manage to stay airborne and operate without pilots.

Certification to ensure they are absolutely fit for purpose and built to a high standard.......a processor could be made in China which might scare you to death as a lot of cheap material comes from there but some company out there might build one that is high quality and gets certified and used.
