I watched it for a bit as kid as well, and it was interesting, but boy was it.. long-winded. Not sure when I stopped, but I did. Never saw the content of the vid here before. However, the fact that there is even a need for such a version tells me that this fight alone probably was stretched out over 5 episodes with endless mean mugging like they always did.

Dbz will always stand the test of time. Its one of the greatest animes ever made. Sure there are fluff episodes but every anime has them.
Berserk is my alltime favorite and supplanted dbz as all time favorite.
If it wasn't for Vegeta, cell wouldnt have been defeated by Gohan.
