@Splinty during my life I have sprained both ankles and I’ve never let either heal properly. I just continued playing sports through the pain. Now sometimes at night I get this raw ache in my ankle joints. It’s not a pain, more like an uncomfortable pressure. I’ve read that joint pain related to weather is a myth but it seems true to me. Do I have arthritis? It’s a very odd and annoying sensation and it makes it difficult to sleep. Please help and please keep this just between the two of us.
