This is the alltime P4P rank, always will be subjective and this is the list I have. I think is is the most accurate list, clearly I have bias and an ego lol , but I took a lot of pause to make sure the order was logical and a true reflection. What I did is first rank a 1 to 15 in every weightclass outside of 125,135, and 145. For those weightclasses I did a top 5 only for 125, a top 10 for 135 and 145.
The ranks are made with no bias of my personal favorite fighters and its not made in terms of who brings in most PPVs, if that was the case it would be Conor at 1 for sure. It is also not made with regard to impact on the sport, or else Royce Gracie would be on the list and Sakuraba who is among the fighters on the ranking, would be even higher.. The rank is based on looking at what they did in term of big wins, and what skill level where they at while in their prime and peak, and picking the best ever using that formula.
Now the ranking is always in some sort of slow movement, because a decent number of the guys on the rank are still fighting, so they could possibly move up as months and years carry on you know.
Now, something that I want everyone to really really really pay attention too. Do not only look at the number rank of each guy. Also combine it with the tier system I am gonna provide right now. Guys who are in the same tier can be essentially switched in any order. Like for example, take Tier 1, the very very top of the alltime P4P guys, I have a different guy in positions 1 to 5. However they are all in the same Tier, so even if the you think is number 1 alltime P4P is put at 4 or 5 in my rank, they are still in Tier 1 and essentially they can go in order in the same tier. I want everyone to hopefully really focus on that part.
Tier 1 fighters from 1 to 5
Tier 2 fighters from 6 to 8
Tier 3 fighters from 9 to 12
Tier 4 fighters from 13 to 17
Tier 5 fighters from 18 to 21
TIer 6 fighters from 22 to 26
Tier 7 fighters from 27 to 30
Tier 8 fighters from 31 to 35
Tier 9 fighters from 36 to 40
Tier 10 fighters from 41 to 46
Tier 11 fighters from 47 to 53
Tier 11 fighters from 54 to 60
Let's have fun, Lift Off
