Japanese are the best cultured and Brazilian the worst .. ( not sure about Brazil its just what i see on liveleak)
ohh waity wait .. Chinese has to be the worst cultured ever to graze the planet earth.

i guess it could be useful. but that stat could be used in so many malicious ways

good and bad individuals everywhere imo. ironically, the only girl i ever looked at and thought "oh wow, maybe i do want kids," was chinese. she just seemed like she'd be such an amazing mother some day. 1st generation american. and i always attributed part of what made her such an amazing person to her cultural upbringing =)
