I was just about to make this thread, just with a way more inciteful title.
Good to hear he knows his limits.
I really got a renewed sense of what a freak athlete DC is watching the UFC last weekend. On camera he looks maybe 2 inches taller than Dominic Cruz.
I was trying, but I just cannot find one thing he said I disagree with. I mean he could've added the only way he beat DC was by taking Peds but since he didn't say it, I can't say I disagree with him.
He’s right, dc is a beast at hw and jones knows he’d get twatted
D.C. is very comfortable up there and takedowns would be a huge advantage with him feeling comfortable
Pretty sure cruz stands on a booster thing so their heads can be in the same shot
Good interview, both DC and Jones are exactly at where they need to be.
Jones was and is the king of LHW and only reason DC came down is for his buddy Cain to be the HW champ.
Now Cain is out of the picture, DC is exactly where he needs to be, the LHW was not for DC, he looks weird with all that weight loss anyway
Without listening to it i can tell you that he lies about some things.
i wont listen to any interview with that pos. if i were dc i would roid the fuck up and smash him before i retire.
Not enough that he's allowed to cheat at either weight. He's still afraid to face DC unless he's depleted by a severe weight cut.
He almost threw up when he was giving DC some compliments
After watching this 2-3 more times, I now tend to think he's trolling. Trying to provoke DC to cut the weight and fight him again at 205 by saying he'd go thru hell cutting the weight, only to lose again.
go win some fans jon
But I’m not naive. Tonight during a coke binge he’ll probably accidentally run his car up on a lawn over some children and peel out of there to get away.
Why do guys who are like 225 and 240 lbs. have to starve and dehydrate themselves to see who's better at 205? They've already fought there twice. Just fight at whatever weight you're naturally best at, for fuck's sake.
fuck in hell. if I didn't know better, I'd be tempted to say he seemed almost borderline genuine there. never expected to ever step close to paying his character a compliment.
Absolutely. DC at 205 is much better fight for him than going up to heavyweight. It was all bullshit when he said no to heavyweight fight because he didn't want to take everything from DC or something like that
