Not a good look imo if true, Trump had pushed getting rid of tick tok in 2020 unless they sold off to a US company, China had refused, now Trump supports not banning them in the US and now they want to sell to Elon all of a sudden?
You may be right. He said it, he meant it, and this isn't a good look. But I always wonder how much Trump says publicly has ulterior motive and hidden agenda behind it. Maybe he was applying pressure on China because China is using it for nefarious purposes and he wanted US control. The art of the deal. And I could also be completely off base.
