This is an annual event for one of my favourite stations back in NZ, and is one of the best days in radio in the year.
They've bumped the numbers up from 1000 to 1500 of the best songs ever, as voted by the rock loving NZ public.

This year, and it has taken 3 weeks to get through the countdown, and it all comes to a head tomorrow afternoon (approx 6pm NZ time - basically 24 hours from now) when this years winner will be announced.
They're got the top 75 songs to get through and if you've got time to have a listen, it's well worth it.

Starts up again in 12 hours from now.

Regardless, seems to be a good station to have. Thank the gods for Pandora because outside of XRT Chicago (Yes I always say how great Chicago is, so brace yourselves) radio sucks.
