Over the last few months I've been experiencing pain in my lower bicepes/upper forearms area while doing curls.

Its been steadily getting worse.

The pain is real bad at first during the 2 warmup sets I do then kind of goes away after that.

Is there a way to alleviate the pain without taking a few months off of lifting? Any special creams or anything?

Since I started experiencing the pain, I've dropped the weight and upped the reps to 18-20.

Before I had been going heavy and doing 6-8 reps.

Dumbbell curls. Working biceps. I was doing 65-70 lbs one arm for awhile until the pain started. Lowered the weight to 60 now.

Bought a cream from the store today called aspercreme. It masks the pain a bit.

Definitely not a permanant solution. Arm day is tomorrow so I'll see if the pain is still as bad as its been.
