Is this the guillotine one? I like Feriss's stuff but in this case, I didn't see why it was an experiment. He simply practised a move intensively for a week and was better at it by the end.

Concentrating on one technique, and finding as many ways as possible to get into that position. I'm presently doing this with the deep half, and I'm finding pretty good results.
