I don't "read" much in terms of actual reading. But I very much enjoy audiobooks. And if it's a voice-acted audiobook with sound effects & such, it's SO good.

I listened to the Darth Bane triology this way, and it was fantastic. Also listened to an abridged version of Casino Royale on youtube that was very good, too.

Am currently in the middle of the first Thrawn audiobook, as well as part-way into Live & Let Die (though it's not voice acted aside from the narrator using different voices for different characters).

Interesting, I didn't know that was a thing.
But I've listened to several audiobooks because in this day & age, when you gotta hustle it's the way to go.
On that end I'm listening to The Blood Type diet right now.

I didn't really, either. I was interested in audiobooks for fiction for a while, but couldn't get into anything (was looking for a series to get stuck into and nothing was clicking with me). I thought about trying Bond and found the Casino Royale one on youtube - really liked it.

Then it just so happened that the Darth Bane one I tried next was the same way.

It makes them VERY fun to listen to and, if it's a good book, more enjoyable that a lot of movies, IMO.

Oh, and following up from a post I made in the "favorite book as a kid" thread, I finished reading "Mouse and the Motorcyle" with Micro-Wiggy. We're onto "Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing" now. lol
