I’ll tell her the same thing I told my ex who was a dermatologist. Real doctors fix real problems, like spinal subluxation complexes, they don’t pop zits and prescribe ointments.

She makes mid 6 figures a year popping zits and 4 days per week. Deal wit it!

Actually she does a lot of cancer excisions. We have cancer farms done here. The wealthy Botox and filler patients are nice too.
