Funny thing is they kept your ammo. Because its literally impossible to get more. LolWhen my ex wife filed I think the 6th TRO on me, they were here for 3 hours and had to bring in an inventory specialist. They told me it was the largest collection they had to inventory to date. When the judge dismissed the TRO they gave me my guns back (I had to repair two of them sent them a bill and they sent me a check) one week. They made me wait a week to pick up the ammo. They didn't want to give me both together because I'm a scary guy I guess. Probably around 5000 rds give or take a few 1000. What I had could fit into a thimble compared to this mess. Proudly I own zero wheel guns.
Exactly. So stupid. They gave me an AV cart twice to load all my stuff up. They were bragging that a Marine went through all my stuff to check it out. That's when I told him he didn't know as much as they thought. He broke a pin on a lever that he didn't know how to operate. There's a release but he forced it. I had to order new parts for that one. My riot tricked out shotgun wouldn't rack. That I was able to fix without parts. He took a plate off and didn't put it back correctly. I didn't charge them labor, I just charged them what I paid for the parts and to their credit the city sent me a check.Funny thing is they kept your ammo. he was selling them probably to pay for that mansion in holmby hills and the other one in bel air the one pictured is in holmby hills which is where hugh hefner lived. What rational reasons would a civilian need with that many guns?
Good thing about being a US citizen is that you dont need a rational reason or even give a shit what others think to have a collection of firearms. What rational reasons would a civilian need with that many guns?
Not giving the govt. a cut isn't an ATF violation. That would be state sales tax and or the IRS. I could think of 5 common ATF violations and it was probably a combo of all of them.If he wasn't dangerous why do they have to fuck with him? Aren't we allowed to bear arms these days? Guess it's because he was selling them without giving the government a cut. Seems like a huge waste of time and resources.
my guess is that a majority of those guns are not california legal and storing them at your house instead of a gun store probably violates some laws. I don't know how many lowers he had but if he had even one that was 100% machined lowers which on one gun alone is a felony you can only sell them incomplete them uses a machine you buy separately to complete it. those russian sniper rifles in the first pic are also probably not legal in california. I will also take a wild guess that alot of the ammunition he had for those revolvers eas also illegal calibers.Good thing about being a US citizen is that you dont need a rational reason or even give a shit what others think to have a collection of firearms.
What I am curious is to what FFL violations happened to cause this.
tax stamps are part of the ATF and the irs its it part of the NFANot giving the govt. a cut isn't an ATF violation. That would be state sales tax and or the IRS. I could think of 5 common ATF violations and it was probably a combo of all of them.
Unless they're stolen or illegal, goofGood thing about being a US citizen is that you dont need a rational reason or even give a shit what others think to have a collection of firearms.
Usually the buyer applies for a class 3 as they are the end user. I had an FFL btw. Record keeping is also a huge part of it.tax stamps are part of the ATF and the irs its it part of the NFA
