I never liked him as a player. Of course I thought he was a great QB. He took a lot of flack from the critics that he didn’t deserve. I hated him because Fuck the Cowboys. That said, I really enjoyed his commentary last night. He seemed very authentic and he had great insights and explained things from a players point of view. He was very good.
best commentator NFL has had in quite a while
no gimmicks...just honest, open, and very knowledgable.
I watch his games each week and you can learn a ton from him...he outshines his partner big time

makes nance seem like an antique lamp...nothing to say really and everyone is just waiting for tony to speak again
Week 1 I didn't realize he was commentating ..after some time I had to google to see who it was because his commentary was actually informative and insightful ..it's a breath of fresh air to get someone who knows what their talking about in the booth.
