Depending on where you live, there is a good chance that schedule 4 controlled substance prescriptions are reported to a state databank that the physician is required to check before prescribing additional controlled substances. They will should see that you got too many this month and decline a new prescription next month, or if the issue was at the pharmacy the count at the pharmacy during their next internal audit will be off and they SHOULD be able to figure out where the missing 25 doses went (unless they spaced out and dispensed 30 and labeled the bottle 5).
