Wow. This @Toyota document says that ALL executives and employees received MANDATORY “basic training of LGBTQ+”. The document also says they have an “ALLY registration system” for LGBTQ+ allies and an LGBTQ+ group that conducts “education and enlightenment activities.” Much more coming soon. Executives would be very wise to stop this insanity now and make a public announcement of serious changes. I would be very happy because I prefer covering positive stories about companies making real changes.
