A trio of Japanese porn stars are to star in a bizarre new theatre show in which they will break wind in front of the audience.
Adult film actresses Reno Aihara, Miu Akemi and Meru Iroha are to launch the programme, called Lets All Hear Beautiful Girls Fart Together, at the Lefkada Theatre in Tokyo.
And it is not the first time the trio have tried to break wind on demand after they appeared on Japanese channel Paradise TV’s The Fart Program in August, although their performance was described as ‘not skilful’.

According to SoraNews24, the organisers of the show want to ‘bring joy to Japan’s 120million fart fans’ and test the women to ‘the limit of their intestines’.
Tickets cost £20 but show bosses have also warned customers to beware disappointment, stating ‘depending on their physical condition, it may be impossible for them to fart no matter how hard they try’.

But variety has also been promised, with adverts promising ‘farts while wearing street clothes, farts while wearing swimsuits, and farts while wearing cosplay outfits will stimulate your sense of sight and smell’.
The show takes place at the Tokyo theatre on October 21 and tickets are available in advance or on the door.

The art of breaking wind for an audience is known as flatulism and has been popular since as early as the 4th Century.
Flatulists would often break wind to create a rhythm and the practice became very popular in medieval Ireland.
More recently it has been used for humour in American television programmes including South Park and Jackass.
