Reebok has partenered with lauded Montreal, Quebec, training facility Tristar Gym. This current partnership serves as the next step forward for the brand as it continues to expand its Reebok Combat Training division and to develop deeper ties within the sport of MMA.

“Tristar Gym is excited to partner with Reebok and the brand’s support means a lot to me, my fighters and my gym members,” Tristar owner and head coach Firas Zahabi stated. “Reebok’s dedication to elevating the sport of MMA, whether through product or fighter sponsorship, is already valuable for the entire MMA community, but will be great for Tristar.”

Good, start negotiating some deals so that GSP doesn't have to wear those shitty black-and-white trunks that is generically displayed on every fucking fighter known to mankind in the UFC. If Conor can wear green, GSP should be able to get some creative control don't you think?

Are the UFC gyms alreadylike this? Not sure how that side of ops work. It makes sense for Heebok to start entering other areas of the value chain. Maybe fighters who train at a Heebok affiliated gym will get bigger sponsor pay

Firas is the smartest trainer in MMA.

I think Wink and Jackson's results speak for themselves, but when you hear Firas talk about MMA or watch him navigate his fighters/team through the sport, it's difficult to say there is a better coach in MMA.

Firas is the guy who could make Nate Diaz vs. GSP happen @ 165 lbs. too. He is thinking outside of the box.

His breakdowns are awesome. I could listen to the guy talk MMA all day.

I can't believe rebook is still pushing the issue. Someone needs to tell them to either break contract or ride it out as discreetly as possible.

Mma has been a fail. I was neutral with rebook before. Even bought my mother in law a pair of rebooks about a year ago. Will not buy another rebook product now.

Good thing I didn't buy them for myself. I would have had to burn the pair.
