I will say, one thing you can credit Russia for is how well their plan to topple Western culture has gone. They put it into motion about 70 years ago and it has pretty much gone according to plan. The question is, did they just get the right stooges in place (mainly education) and it just continued on its own or have they still been actively doing it ever since the Soviet collapse? I don't want to neglect giving China their credit too.
To me the final piece of their plan was the Dept of Education. Once that was created all they had to do was wait.
