Have you watched 90% of his fights?
He plays it safe to win and he sat out instead of taking bullshit fights when he was #1contender.
People talk shit on here about rankings and how they should mean more but when a fighter refuses to fight lesser ranked fighters they hate on him. It's interesting

100% true but if he continues to fight to his potential then he'll have us non fans eating our hats with a quickness.
I agree accept the 90% part. Its actually reversed. Most of his fights have
been explosive KO's and or exciting. He's had only about 3 that were boring
snoozers.
Till also had a boring fight with Wonderboy
T Wood's first fight with Wonderboy actually got fight of the night.
The 2nd one was complete garbage though.
Demian Maia was garbage too but he did say he tore his shoulder the 1st round
in that one.
Now If you take a look at all the explosive KO's and good fights he's had
you'll see the numbers are actually reversed and the majority of his fights
have been exciting
I think the problem with Woodley is that fans are so forgetful. All the fights
where he went in and laid people out on a stretcher just get forgotten
Another reason people don't like him is he comes off as a victim and no
one likes that. I think he realized that and has changed his attitude. We will
see moving forward.
But people cannot deny he's one of the greatest at 170. He's beat everyone
they tossed at him. Made Till look like a child when everyone thought Till
was this killer.

Maybe in few occasions, but not like he ducks people.
And about not fighting to his potential, I used to criticize him for the same reason but given the entirely different situation (Dana n UFC hates his guts) and he can’t afford to lose a fight, cuz UFC will never give him a second chance once he loses it.
GSP plays safe throughout the end of his career but people seems to love him for that compared to Twood
all I know is when a guy is calling himself the best ever I lose some respect
