I really don't put any value on what he "says".
If he Ices DC, then Jon may reconsider and try to rematch DC when he is down or take a warm-up fight. IMO

Rumble is a bad match up for Jon IMO and Rumble says he doesn't care if he fights JJ

I wouldn't want to. I think Jon may, just because he has said he wanted to before, and that would make him look scared as fuck. You want to play alpha, you have to beat Rumble.

Fast pace with lots of wild scrambles and winging punches. I think it's gonna be great.

Alves/Cote could be super exciting too, but if it gets too crazy someone will go to sleep. I think Brooks/Oliveria have the styles that could go back and forth the whole time.
