Why didn't they tell joanna ex-champion to face the camera?UFC's graphic design team takes a lot of flak for lacking imagination. This poster isn't going to win awards (are there poster awards anyway???) but it's better than most of their efforts. Thug Rose helps with the "shhh" look and Khabib's got his Dagestani papakha on.
Good main & co-main!

Her looking over the shoulder is a comeback pose, like she left but is telling you "don't go anywhere, I'm on my way back..."Why didn't they tell joanna ex-champion to face the camera?
I wonder if it was styled this way because of DC's criticism when they made Rumble HUGE and him small on the poster.
That would be cool though, hire some graphic artists and win an award for best design for MMA awards or something. This poster isn't going to win awards (are there poster awards anyway???)
If I wasn't in bed on my phone, I'd have replied with a gif. U got deep. Very bushido responseHer looking over the shoulder is a comeback pose, like she left but is telling you "don't go anywhere, I'm on my way back..."
Rose is the obvious "Sshhh haters. I'm gonna prove you wrong again". Big, bold but not overly aggressive in any way, just like her fighting style. Almost comically arrogant.
Tony is giving us his "Will this settle shit? Will a victory over this guy solidify me as champ or will I still be in Conors shadow". Being the interim champ also gets him top billing with name and photo size here, same with Rose.
Khabib isn't doing much here lol. Looks like his best "shit just got real" face as he's finally making it to the big show (kind of)
Both challengers are on top of mountains but clearly not at the peak, not a mistake IMO. Both are clear title contenders in their division so it's a good metaphor .
