That's terrible. Worse than 221 which was a dumpster fire non-title fight foreign card with prelims headlined by the superstar fight of Dong Hyun Kim (and no, not the one some people have heard of) vs Damien Brown.
I don't care, I enjoyed them.
But I ain't paying $60+ to watch fights the same level I can catch on Paramount or NBC sports for nothing.
PPV's need to get stacked and go back to 4x a year, and split maybe 2 Bellator tentpoles and a few Rizins.
UFC is oversaturated wolf ticket watered down garbage, has been for years, & still's squeezing every drop they can.
I don't see what everyone was talking about as far as a "stacked card" PPV.
It was laughable.
Ain't complaining about freebies though, & ain't concerned in the least about UFC viewership.

Amen.. that card on paper was great but the pink fiasco always overshadows shit.. I'm over paying 60 myself.. they need to do a cross promotion bellator vs ufc imho.. that's a ppv worth 60 lol

Not sure what they expected. Daner basically said that the prelims don’t draw with the Punk/Reem statement. There are still many people who take Dana’s word for things, because they haven’t learned he is a dumbass yet and don’t keep track of everything. Why would they? He makes it sound like a niche spectacle, then delivers absolutely no spectacle promoting besides mermer or burburbur. And in most cases mermer and burburbur aren’t fighting regularly.
Then they’re on at least every two weeks. Gonna get tuckered out on it. Usually in other sports, everyone has a favorite team that plays consistently, can have a balanced understanding of each player on said team, then some emotional investment.
Cannot do the same in MMA where they can only compete to maybe 4 fights a year, but usually 2-3. The frequent cards stretch it very thing, no one knows who is on the cards. Roster is so bloated, cannot keep track of everyone.
