Presumably due to very slow ticket sales in Montreal, the UFC has apparently closed off the whole upper bowl of Bell Centre seating a few days before UFC 186.

Do you live in Montreal? Do you want to go to UFC 186 in the Bell Centre on Saturday? Well, good seats just got a lot cheaper because half the arena will apparently be closed off for the event. The UFC has allegedly decided to close off the 200, 300, and 400 sections of the arena for the event just a few days before it is set to go down, presumably due to very slow ticket sales. MMA Nouvelles has the info:

Ticket sales for UFC 186 didnot go as planned.

With less than four days to go before the event, UFC officials made the decision to closehalf the Bell Centre.

This means that ticket holderslocated in sections 200, 300 and 400 will probably be allocated better seats.

For $68.25, you can now havea good seat in the reds (lower bowl).

This is around the same price as it costs to order the HD version of the pay-per-view in Canada

From a sold out montreal in the past and Canadian arenas selling out..

to the UFC putting on watered down cards in Canada over and over thereby destroying the market. Arenas not filling out, losing Sportsnet as their mma tv station, to finding it tough to even find UFC on tv anymore in Canada since Fightnetwork is a pay station that many people dont have is splitting viewing with TSN.

more people are willing to stay at home to watch the NHL playoffs than attend the UFC.

UFC going back to 2001. Maybe they will reintroduce the ramp this year!
