So how was this payscale determined? Is this just what UFC pays them? And if this gets replaced by the scale we've been talking about then everyone is making SIGNIFICANTLY less money per fight. I feel like I'm missing something. HELP

You're confusing contracted pay with sponsorship pay. The sponsorship money is on top of contracted money, supplementing it, but the new Reebok sponsorship scale is significantly less than what fighters were already making on their own, unless they had no hussle, in a weak unpopular division, were new to the UFC, or a mixture of the previous reasons.

$200,000 plus sponsorship money, not bad for taking elbows. If Machida keeps fighting he needs someone like Bisping next to get back on track.
