His damage on the ground has always been lethal...rarely commits to Tds thoreem remembered he has a ground game
Doesn't miss a strike on the ground and loads up on every one of them

Might want to reword that.he puts that old reem body on top of ya
and then he generates huge power on your young ass
painful stuff
nopeMight want to reword that.
If Sakai had power, Reem woulda been slept many times over. That’s a brilliant performance for Overeem, methodical
That's why I get so pissed at him when he just seems to lay and pray at times. He took Rosenstruik (or whatever it is) down every time he even looked at him and barely threw any shots from the top. He does that from time to time where he gets so cautious, even standing, that he won't even take advantage of positions where he can really dominate. His damage on the ground has always been lethal...rarely commits to Tds tho

yepIt’s fukn over?
It was lacklustre because Sakai gave up before he even hit the mat. Rolled to his side and just wilted. The bombs were only needed to convince Herb that Sakai was finished.Huh?
that was amazing
Damn, you're a hard guy to please. You think the UFC is made of billions or something? This event will set them back quite a bit as far as payroll goes. They did it for the fans though. Do you not appreciate that? You just witnessed history. It’s fukn over?
In that one I think he just wanted the points and thought he had the stand up handled...which he did until he didn't.That's why I get so pissed at him when he just seems to lay and pray at times. Once or twice he caught him clean alright, was a nice uppercut in the first and that elbow was beautiful, 90% of those flurries against the cage were missed though. If Sakai had power, Reem woulda been slept many times over.
I hear ya...but Sakai is a red hot super skilled HWIt was lacklustre because Sakai gave up before he even hit the mat. Rolled to his side and just wilted. The bombs were only needed to convince Herb that Sakai was finished.
Sakai does have power thoIf Sakai had power, Reem woulda been slept many times over.
None of what you said changes my opinion that it was a lacklustre ending.I hear ya...but Sakai is a red hot super skilled HW
He didn't quit until Reem made him want to leave that locked cage
I saw Reem showing 23 years of skill and an amazing heart and will to find a way
That fight had violence, damage, skill, back and forth swings...doesn't get much better for me
Sakai is an amazing fighter and that is what made it impressive to me, he faced a master and took a lesson
