Rakic slipping out of his grip is a reflection of the fight slipping away from Smith..he lost his chance to win.

Why do refs tell some fighters let's work! And then let other fighters just take a nap on top? I want to know what determines their "urgency"..

Domination from Rakic.. one sided beatdown. Rakic is dumb af for walking away from a fighter while the fight is still on. Would have been fucked up if he got headkick KO'd before the bell.
That fight was so bad that they shouldn't even allow him back in the commentating booth.
