It's like he went drunken Amazon shopping but for tattoos.
It’s hatch pepper season, and I went a little crazy at the store. Got some Hatch chicken enchiladas for dinner with Hatch borracho beans. But then also Hatch salsas, guacamole, queso, scones, baguette, and bacon. And some fresh ones to cook with this week. And some roasted ones so my wife can make her Hatch infused tequila.
I will eat so many of these peppers over the next few weeks. They are awesome. Only around for about a month each summer and I love it.

I guess between a poblano and a jalapeño or serrano. They came mild or hot. They can carry some decent heat, but not crazy. Flavor is great for cooking even mild
