Tough main event to predict I'd say. I want to see both these guys face Jones asap so its too bad one will be side lined for a while. I assume its 5 rounds right? Curious to see how AJ does if Gus drags him into later rounds.

I want to see them both face Jones as well. Unfortunately, I think we're going to see the loser fight Cormier, and likely lose to him...then they're out of the picture of fighting Jones for a while. Pulling for Anthony Johnson. His story is pretty neat.

This main event is the hardest for me to predict in a long time. AJ has just looked so different at this weight class. But Gus seems to have an odd loose style that gives people trouble and without a lot of physical intensity he can bring AJ into the later rounds. Time to go rewatch some fights!

i'd put my money on rumble. i like them both, so this isn't based on hating either. johnson is a freak athlete, and he's putting it together very well at 205.

Should be a great fight, but Rumble has looked like a monster at 205

IMO bettingwise Rumble is the only call. To pay over -200 for Gustaff is too high. If I were playing fights, I'd skip this card altogether. The favs all seem to be deserving of their numbers, yet not worth betting. If Hendo could take his good ol' TRT, he would be a bargain at the price, but he likely can't and won't.

Alex takes this in the 4th. Johnson will gas going for takedowns. I've got Mousasi over Henderson in a decision. Don't give a fuck about the rest really.
No fucking way Alex loses in my hometown.

I would go with Mousasi given that Hendo prob can't take his "supplements" -- that's a huge consideration -- but wouldn't lay the price to pay for the bet.

I will likely play a small Johnson/Hendo parlay. The value is there to me, so why not. I think Rumble will beat Gus, and I think Hendo has a shot against Mousasi. $5-$10 isn't going to break me, and it will add some spice to the evening, in case the card sucks.

I'm taking Gus. He's a good enough to off set Rumble's explosiveness and power. I think Gus will pick him apart and drag him into deep water.

johnson was still going strong at the end of the 3rd against davis, so gus will have to push him into the 4th and 5th to see if he gets tired. i think gus will be the one trying for takedowns. johnson is using his wrestling to keep it standing, and gus has been trying for takedowns.

I'm interested in the Ryan bader vs Phil Davis match up. I want to see how bader wrestling matches up with Phil's and to see if phils stricking has improved any after he got mauled by rumble.

Ah geez. I was curious if Davis was still working with Eric Fiero (very underrated trainer), and googled up this: http://www.philmrwonderful.com/

No news on Fiero, but it's pretty obvious he's still with Lloyd "I owe the IRS 3 million dollars, because I'm a Marketing Genius, and Never Mind the Rape!" Irvin.
