Pleased to announce that Bellator MMA Featherweight, Tywan "Air" Claxton has agreed to a video Q&A for TMMAC. Tywan is 4-0 as a pro, with all four wins coming in Bellator, including a flying knee KO at Bellator 186 that was nominated for ESPN's 2017 MMA Knockout of the year.

Some fighters like to stay more/less active than others. Guys like Cerrone would fight every card if they were allowed, and then some other folks may only fight once a year. As a fan, I like to see guys fight at least twice a year. Ideally, and if it was totally in your control, how often would you like to fight?

First, thanks for stopping by the Community, we hope you check in from time to time when you're not fighting or training. We do have training & conditioning forums that are often helpful.

Q1: For your height, you enjoy a significant reach advantage over many opponents.
This could translate to a legendary career.
Have you looked into ways to strengthen and maintain your tendon and ligament and muscle strength so injuries are lessened?

Q2: Obviously wrestling was a focus in your college career, what are some specific aspects of each discipline you enjoy the most?
