Bernie Sanders is the Ron Paul of the DNC. Both were popular with the voters and pushed out national contention by the party establishment. There is only the illusion of choice in US national elections.

Too bad for them. He destroyed every other candidate, won the nomination and the Presidency, and took over the party entirely.

"The Establishment chooses the President, the votes mean nothing!" Well, the last two Presidents were outsiders relative to their primary AND general opponents. The Democrat establishment wanted Hillary over Obama. Too bad for them - the people chose otherwise. The Republican establishment wanted Jeb, and then they wanted ANYONE but Trump. Too bad for them - the people chose otherwise. So that pretty much ruins your "argument", right there. Oh but your feelings. What about your precious feelings?
