"The May 23rd date was listed in the UFC’s calendar as UFC 187. Rumor has it that night could also be host to Jon Jones’ title defense versus the steamrolling Anthony “Rumble” Johnson, in which case, we’d have in our hands another mythical evening to sink our teeth into."

No way Zuffa stacks the card like that.

I think Cowboy/Khabib is the rumored co-main that makes sense.

If Weidman waits long enough, Vitor will lose more skill/ability and might even have some gray hair by the time they meet in the cage.

One year later Vitor gets what he wanted... That is if Weidman doesn't get hurt again. Jones-Rumble being on this card would be INCREDIBLE. Haven't had a LHW and MW title fight on the same card in a long time, I'm not sure if ever.

I don't get the weidman pulling out comments. The guy has beaten anderson twice machida and has fought on days notice dropping like30 lbs, the guy is a warrior and gets a couple injuries and it's lets shit kn weidman. Fans are fickle

No way they double up the middle and light heavy titles. Only for something like UFC 200 would they do that.

I personally am not faulting Weidman for being injured. I take into account his past so this isn't a normal thing for him.

However, it is a normal thing for champions to get injured a lot more frequently as champs compared to when they were climbing the ladder. I think with so many champs being injured, especially newer champs, people group Weidman with that stigma.

It's not fair, but it's understandable.

Hopefully this one goes through. So sick of fucking cancellations. Shit never happened like this years ago.
