The idea isn't bad. It may have been ahead of its time though.Google Glass
For some reason I love the smell of tobacco smoke. Yes I know that’s weird.
Say that to @ECC170 ’s faceStole the thread from reddit.
Anyway.
What say You?
I'm going for mullets.
Having a full-time HUD where all your searchable data is presented to the viewer, as well as the ability to surreptitiously record you at any time. Enough people saw the ethical, security, privacy and further intrusion of social media into our daily life for what it was and the program was killed. Facial recognition is a growing field of tech that's under such scrutiny and outcry in the US that Glass could never survive. I mean, this is a device that was preemptively banned in many facilities before it was even released. The idea isn't bad. It may have been ahead of its time though.
I'd say I would and I would.Say that to @ECC170 ’s face
My wife and I were at a restaurant in Clearwater Beach, FL a while back. I was reading the menu and realized I was mentally hearing the words in Morgan Freeman’s voice. I laughed to myself and when I looked up to tell my wife, I see Morgan fucking Freeman is actually sitting at a table behind her! That is a weird sentence.
I tried reading it in Morgan Freeman's voice but that didn't help.

Still a thing, still a thing, still a thing, still a thing. Just had someone drive through the neighborhood last night at 2am rattling the windows.Bullying
Purchasing PPVs
Traditional cliques (jocks, nerds, burnouts, etc.)
Speakers with extra loud bass in cars
Skinny jeans for men (I never wore them, I just couldn’t stand seeing them)
Extra short or extra long men’s basketball shorts
Tube socks
I think the thread is about things that aren’t “cool” anymore, not whether they still exist.Still a thing, still a thing, still a thing, still a thing. Just had someone drive through the neighborhood last night at 2am rattling the windows.
☹
Well, I think they're cool.I think the thread is about things that aren’t “cool” anymore, not whether they still exist.
Pretty sure Trump has nuclear heat with the under-20s.Well, I think they're cool.
Seriously though, we just got done with a POTUS whose bullying has influenced a generation of children to think being an asshole is good.
Maybe. Some like my buddy's kids are super woke. A lot of them are, but this is in an upscale area where it's easy to be woke. Not too many urban gentlemen there, which is to say none.Pretty sure Trump has nuclear heat with the under-20s.

Trump is the king of the GOP, and the GOP is anathema to young voters. Even Republican 20 year olds - on average - support gay marriage, for one example. There's not a single major GOP culture war issue that young people side with them on - the GOP relies exclusively on white boomers and middle-aged Fox News addicts to get out the vote. Young people want to hear about how you plan to address climate change and income inequality, starting right fucking now. They're not cheering the Texas abortion law. ?Maybe. Parents across the country are making sure the next gen will be just as emotional and angsty as they are. The stench of that fat idiot will be with us for a while.
Yah, the kids are into climate change science too, which brings us back to the thread subject:Trump is the king of the GOP, and the GOP is anathema to young voters.
