Because it's what border services carries, the DA/SA is most of what we see around here. Thsoe things are hot garbage.i've only ever fired the Type C, but it has a smooth pull. and no external decocker/safety
it reminds me of my dad's XD-SC in .40
At least most stores carry ammo for those cartridges, lol. You should see the stupid shit I'm shooting, lol.The logistics of multiple calibers is a concern. Currently, I have to stock .22 LR, .380 ACP, 9mm, .45 ACP, 5.56mm/.223, 7.62 x 39 mm, 6.5 mm Creedmoor, .30-06, and 12 gauge, plus I'm thinking my next gun will likely be in .357 or .44 mag. It does become a challenge keeping adequate supplies of each. (although I tend to keep higher stocks of .22, 5.56 and 9mm than the rest)
@ConorMcGregorsBeard over here target shooting gyrojets. At least most stores carry ammo for those cartridges, lol. You should see the stupid shit I'm shooting, lol.
Nah, I still have a .22, 9mm, 45 and a 12 gauge, but I took up relaoding a couple years ago so I also took up shooting absurd cartridges, 257, 300, 340 Wby Mag, 280AI and 28 Nosler. I do have a 7mm Rem Mag I can buy ammo for pretty easily, but the rest of it is kind of prohibitive if you aren't reloading. I was planning to buy subgauge tubes for my O/U this summer but this whole economic situation might impact that. Did get my skeet shooting pouch today though, so that's good news.@ConorMcGregorsBeard over here target shooting gyrojets.
I don't know what that is, but shine on you crazy diamond.Just formed our NFA Trust, I feel fucking American as fuck!
Its a legal entity to own the suppressors and other firearms we add to the trust.I don't know what that is, but shine on you crazy diamond.
Ah. Very European of you.Its a legal entity to own the suppressors and other firearms we add to the trust.
I thought we were friends....Ah. Very European of you.
Bro, Canada can't have them, America has hoops to jump through. In most of Europe, they're mandatory.I thought we were friends....
Oh we could have done it as individuals but we figure why not spin up a trust, put all our other guns under the trust, certain other assets and then if we die it goes to our son.Bro, Canada can't have them, America has hoops to jump through. In most of Europe, they're mandatory.
You're reading too much into this, I was just giving you the gears for getting a silencer.Oh we could have done it as individuals but we figure why not spin up a trust, put all our other guns under the trust, certain other assets and then if we die it goes to our son.
I bought my AR lower for cash from a gun show. Teach me to be more Texan. How do you do the trust dance? Its a legal entity to own the suppressors and other firearms we add to the trust.
fill out the paperwork and give an attorney a $50-$1000, depending on how many people and NFA items you want in the trustI bought my AR lower for cash from a gun show. Teach me to be more Texan. How do you do the trust dance?
I used Nationalguntrusts.com.I bought my AR lower for cash from a gun show. Teach me to be more Texan. How do you do the trust dance?
i don't see anything on their site about co-trustees...any idea how many I can have?I used Nationalguntrusts.com.
Then you fill out the paperwork to transfer currently owned guns into the trust and then when you purchase NFA items the trust purchases them instead of the individual. Helps with passing it down to heirs and some other benefits. They used to have more benefits but Obama fucked us all.
You can add more. I have my wife and I as Co trustees. We are actually doing another one strictly for non nfa guns so that way we aren't giving the ATF an itemized inventory of all our guns.i don't see anything on their site about co-trustees...any idea how many I can have?
EDIT - looked it up, seems like I can add as many as I want, and can amend at any time...just adds paperwork to the binder.
am i reading that right?
@Splinty if you end up buying a suppressor try to find a SilencerCo dealer who is a part of the SPEQ program with them. It was save about 30% off msrp, so you figure 5-10% off the street price.

Sig's offering is moreI asked the guy at the gun store about that Daniels defense stuff. He told me it's overpriced bullshit designed to hide the fact Carole Baskin fed her husband to the Tigers.
