Well, I've sort of had epic failure after epic failure my whole life on the relationship front, including a very scary experience. And I think the likelihood of finding someone compatible with my non-negotiables, my unique lifestyle and actually being attracted to/enjoy being with seems about 0.0001%. Especially now that I live in a small town where the kind of people here are basically completely opposite of what I'm compatible with. Just how life goes sometimes! And I'm ok with it honestly, haven't felt the need for anyone else in my life and have done quite well on my own for many years, would be lovely for sure if it happens but I'll be A-OK if it doesn't
