I wish you had muddie buddies chex mix on there bc that shit is THE BOMB! Was my favorite road trip food.

But, for plain ol chex I go rice:
-Last time eaten -several years ago
-How much - I went hard on cereal, 2-3 bowls
-How often - 2-3x/week
-Variations/additions to your Chex - sliced bananas
-Kind of milk, both % & brand - back then I used either soy or rice milk.
-other various details - I also used to make puppy chow with it
