A Fucking Space Military? Seriously?

Trump's Space Force Push Reopens Arguments About Military in Space

I can't cosign this stupid shit. I'm prolly one of the only brothas who actually like Trump
as a president. The man has done wonders for my business. Shits never been so good with
business finance. I've brokered more loans since he took office after Obama tried
to regulate me out of existence.

But... this move by Trump is stupid as fuck.

NO One... owns fucking "Space". We have NO business conducting military operations
in space. This is the dumbest most reckless shit Trump has done to date

By all means lets create a space arms race between countries just
in case the nuclear arms race here on earth isn't enough to kill us all.

WARNING: The rest of this is science nerd heavy

Not only that... Lets start running military opps and blowing up shit in space
and fuck around and attract a K2 or K3 Civilization to all the ruckus

This fool gonna fuck around and run up on a K2 and wish he hadn't

The Drake Equation suggests K2s and K3s our indeed out there.

We ourselves are currently a K.7 civilization projected to reach
K1 - 2 status within 200 - 500 years at current advancement

A K2 would merc every last human being on earth like it was child's play and out number
us by a billion to 1. Not to mention their technology would be light years beyond ours and oh
yeah... just based on our own current technology trend they'd most likely be fucking immortal
and this jack ass wants to go up their and start blowing up shit running military opps
and maybe attract one.

What a K2 Would Do To Us (12:03 Mark)

The Fermi Paradox is likely linked to climate change and the reason why we don't see extra terrestial signals from other societies. Basically sentient species can't overcome their selfish uses of energy to rise above the catastrophic changes that the release of fossil fuels does to the only planet they can live on.

There are like 20 different Fermi Paradox explanations but I've never heard of one linked to climate
change but hell why not. We haven't a clue about the other explanations of Fermi Paradox either.

Couple things stick out to me.

1. Compared to the Universe we've basically searched like a thimble full of Ocean Water

2. I like one of Neil Tyson's thoughts on it. When is the last time you stopped to talk to a worm?
or a bird? Maybe we are so dumb that advanced civilizations see us the way we see a worm and have
no desire to try to have a conversation with us.

My bet is that we find life with James WEBB telescope within 5 years after it goes into service.

Scientists are already finding organic molecules around other stars and galaxies
I don't think it will be long after WEBB is on the case. But who knows...

There's also an idea that because of how frequently natural events that wipe out species occur that a society will never make it to the point where that kind of space travel is possible.

Oh a K2 civilization is one that has advanced to the point where it completely
controls all the energy of its home star.

Its the "Khardeshev Scale"

K1 is a species that harnesses all the energy of its planet.
K2 its home star.
K3 controls all the stars in their galaxy

Khardeshev Scale Cliff notes version

Obivously we're nowhere near that, but can you imagine a circumstance under which we'd ever be able to?

At current technological pace we should hit K1 within 100 years.

K2 I'm not aware of any science based projections.

The crazy thing is we really already have most of the tech needed to be a K2.
The last thing we need is maybe fusion which we are getting closer and closer
everyday.

K3 is pretty much a given once we reach K2. The pivot point is the ability
to create a Dyson Sphere around our Sun. Once we achieve that there
really is nothing stopping us tech wise from K3

Hell they are gearing up to send probes ("Star Shot" program) to our nearest star
outside our solar system already. That would be the beginning stages of interstellar travel.

Plus with all the age reversal shit and university trials showing ridiculous progress.
like Dr Andrews using Telomorease to fucking make human cells in a petri dish immortal
and now progressing to the 1st real human trials being done. Age reversal isn't too far off either

Dyson Sphere Nerd Fun Fact: If we created a Dyson Sphere around our sun
and lived on the structure it would be so large that every single human being
would have a backyard the size of Africa.

So the idea of over population is essentially hog wash

I think you're being very optimistic with that estimate.

How so? I can't think of anything we have that would be able to harvest the heat of the sun.
It comes down to the material more then anything. A Dyson Sphere is basically a giant
ball of solar panels around the Sun. Its the material that is the big issue.

To say it would take a shit ton doesn't do justice.

We could actually mine the ore from the Sun itself or start mining asteroids

What material do we have that will hold up to 10000 plus degrees?

Yes 100 years is very optimistic. There is no guarantee that our computer tech will keep growing
exponentially but at current rates most semi serious attempts to make projections are
100-200 years to achieve full K1. We are already a K.7

If you belief all the Eddie Bravo conspiracies we are already controlling the weather. Haha

Dyson Spheres are at a stage where they are actually being considered I just hope
we don't kill ourselves first

Oh hell if I know man. I'm no engineer. I don't know of any serious based projections
on how to achieve a full text book Dyson Sphere. A Dyson Swarm (Cloud) Yes. Its just moving from
Science Fiction to actually being considered.

I think most engineers agree we could actually start construction today if we wanted to.

I for one can't wait to be a part of the Space K9 Unit.

And stick my head out the window.
