Meh. Here is kimchi soup. Every time I make it, it’s even better. I added fresh cabbage, as well, because I didn’t have a lot of kimchi left.

Here is black bean sauce (jjajangmeyon) with jjajang noodles. I used pork belly, but it was too fatty so next time I’ll use a better cut.

Elk is so freaking good, too. My dad has a lot of friends that bring him back elk from hunts and it's always good. We just had elk sausage the other day that his friend's wife made.

Yep
It is one of my favorites

I even cook the stir fry in a 45 year old Wok

I mostly have to trade for Elk, only taken one myself and that was 7 years ago.

I used canola for this. I think I'm going to switch to avocado once I finish the stuff I have. I already use it every now and then, and I like it and it has a high smoke point which is good for general cooking.
Nice
I use avocado also for most stuff...pretty amazing properties
Of course it is relatively cheap at costco, and healthier than most oils

The last few weeks we have been experimenting with Lard...Lady's friend at work has a bunch of big pigs, they are the really fatty kind that are bred for Lard...It has good flavor

I don’t like to use avacado oil or lard/tallow too much as they really flavor whatever it is I’m cooking. I’ve had goodness luck with grapeseed oil for things that need a high smoke point. It’s a bit healthier than canola.

Soups good but I much prefer last weeks recipe. I’m not a big Smokey south west type either. None will go to waste but I’m not excited about it.

I also made an egg sandwich for breakfast but I scrambled them. I like to change it up sometimes. I added some spring onion, as well, because I needed to use it. On brioche with mozzarella. I burnt the bread a little but I like it that way so I wasn’t too upset.
