Cooked Steelhead and Sockeye fillet tonight...rosemary, capers, sea salt, aleppo pepper, lemon slice, avocado oil, garlic
Yam
Asparagus
Big ass fajita mix (bell peppers, walla walla onion, garlic, salt, aleppo pepper flakes)...in some huge cast iron wok I bought
4 small choice filet mignons
1 rack of lamb ribs(?) marinated for 3 hours with garlic, aleppo pepper flake, avocado oil, salt, fresh rosemary

No pictures but I can assure you it was legit, this was done on a weber basic BBQ over hardwood mesquite charcoal

3 of us eating, and leftovers until wednesday

Man I wish I had a big snout like a dog or a pig - I would wolf that shit down within 50seconds, straight out of that stainless steel bowl just using my face.

I had a Philly inspired menu today.

Lunch: based on a roast pork sandwich, this week's omelet. Ground pork, broccolini (I couldn't find broccoli rabe), provolone, and red pepper flakes. This might be the best omelette I've ever had.
