I only had one piece of bread to work with today even though the bakery is next door. The weather man said it's suppose to snow maybe. PNW translation: THE WORLD IS ENDING! COVID WAS JUST THE BEGINNING! STAY INSIDE! SNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWW! P.S. it didn't snow at all.

Anyway, I made eggs and stuff for breakfast. You can't tell from the pic, but the egg yolk was perfectly runny. #todaywasagoodday

Making my world famous beef stroganoff. The whole family are losing their fucking minds in anticipation. NOBODY can fucking believe all the flavour I draw out of these seemingly humble ingredients.

When people try it for the first time, I just stand back, cross my arms and chuckle. People are never the same and a whole new world of flavour has been opened up to them.

A dutch oven and a CI skillet in the past few posts, me likey!
it's my first cast-iron dessert. whole new technique with the batter and the 'hot fudge'. unreasonably happy with how it turned out.

You measure with cups in Canada?

Why not measure with tumblers, chalices, bowls, pots, buckets, tubs or whatever else you found on the corner?

Looks good though.
