Clean your plate young manVisuals are off but I just perfected shake and bake. I took those drumsticks, slow roasted them at 300 for 40 minutes. I let them cool then threw them in a plastic bag and poured in the cooking juices and fat. I shook up the bag, to get the drumsticks wet, then added the shake and bake and shook it up again. Then I put them in the air fryer at 400 for 7 minutes. I then put Frank’s Red Hot on them. I invented this process this evening and it was some of the best chicken I ever tasted. Like jumbo Buffalo chicken wings. Don’t @ me.

Egg on burger is top level shit. I put one on my burger at home last night.I’ve seen the light and have been putting an egg on my hamburger when I go out to a good burger restaurant. I was leery at first but it is delicious. There is a chemical thing going on.
Then I realized this is why the crack on egg over steak tartare. Tonight I took thinks to the next level. Meatballs and eggs.
This is how chef’s think.

Update. It needed acid, so i threw some pickled jalapeños on there. Really took the dish to the next level.
