Got myself some kerrygold butter....Always.Fuck off cover them in butter (actual butter not that shite the rest of the world eats, Irish butter.. Treat yourself) and eat them whole.
If anyone says that he/she isn't a good cook. Onions are always huge.Onions for me. They are terrible and make me gag. What drives me nuts is when people tell you, "yeah there is onions in it, but you can't even task them." I can taste them motherfuckers! And it ruins whatever they are in.
Pro tip for those that like to add onions to recipes and claim they can't taste them: don't add them. What's the fucking point?
Onions were brought into recipes originally to diguise the taste of spoiled meats (no refrigeration methods back in the day). Interesting they are still included in recipes in this day and age, imo.If anyone says that he/she isn't a good cook. Onions are always huge.
I guess the taste just stuck over the ages and people got used to it? But yeah, as I stated, I like onions, but I don't overuse them and don't use em raw.Onions were brought into recipes originally to diguise the taste of spoiled meats (no refrigeration methods back in the day). The form probably means that they were smoked, and the red that there is either paprika or blood inside of it, if it is pork.., really hard to say, we have like different sausages in every village.
I'd say, grill it or up or in the frying pan with it.
No. I love pizza and pasta as much as the next guy, but I also enjoy traditional meals here. I can embrace both. And yeah in the family we still make kidney and liver, and its good! Or the sweet lunches we have..Do you agree that northern European cuisine is vastly inferior to southern European and Asian cuisine?
Good answers.No. I love pizza and pasta as much as the next guy, but I also enjoy traditional meals here. I can embrace both. And yeah in the family we still make kidney and liver, and its good! Or the sweet lunches we have..
I'd take a good Gulasch over pasta any day. But variety is good.
Though I like Italian more than Spanish/French, which are fine though (if you include French as southern), and I'm not fond of the Greek cuisine, its just like, too on the nose.
As for Northern, I have to admit my knowledge of Scandinavian cuisine is limited, same goes for British, but fish and chips is rather.. meh. The stuff they do in Irish pubs is mostly nice though.
In general I'm not a big fan of things that are fried in oil, French fries etc, even normal chips, not my thing. And yes, it does include coating too. So if you think Germany --> Schnitzel, you are right, but personally I rather eat a steak or roast. If I want bread with my meat, I just eat a good bread with it.
As far as Asian cuisine is concerned, that's a big field too. I like Japanese once in a while since I enjoy courtly and sweet, even though their sweetness is kinda different, and they do have weird textures to their stuff sometimes, can be an adventure. Sushi is great though.
Indian can be really nice, but also really gross.
As for the other things, I enjoy the sweet-sour stuff with rice or noodles a lot, but I'm not a fan of overly spicy food, so a lot already falls out of it for me.
You can get it but it would be hard work, do german Cows live outdoors in summer and eat grass all year?I always halve them after cooking, since they retain warmth so well, treat yourself but don't burn yourself.
We have that kerrygold butter here too btw, but our butter is great too. I just rarely use any personally.
This man knows.Got myself some kerrygold butter....Always.
Depends, but we got Kerrygold in the supermarket everywhere too is what I'm saying. Not hard to get at all.You can get it but it would be hard work, do german Cows live outdoors in summer and eat grass all year?
