Thread title is all the thread is about. Who do you think puts in the most time training/improving their MMA abilities/mindset in some type of way (meditation, yoga, etc)?

So things that count for putting in time would be:
practice of any kind (wrestling, BJJ, etc)
strength and conditioning training
mental training (reading, attending seminars just to learn, etc)
stretching
preparing healthy meals by hand for best possible nutrients to perform well
understand the gist of this, this list isn't specific and if more things fit the criteria, they count.

things that dont count:
hyping up their fights
media time
etc

And as an interesting little side question, at the end of a typical work-day for fighters how much free time do you think they have to just "chill out" when not in a fight camp VS when they are preparing for a fight with all the media events and extra training/studying of opponent?

Me personally, I could see a guy like Conor McGregor with all the things he's planning on doing putting in the most time as of right now to improve his mma game.

I'd say it is likely pretty close once you get to the top of the sport. All those guys are obsessed.

It's pretty subjective.... I mean, those who have more natural talents may not need to train or supplement as much as others. There is also the case of overachievers who train extra hard constantly and put themselves into better positions for glory (ala Forrest Griffin). For a fight camp, depending on when their last fight was, most fighters do between 6-10 weeks.... And most fighters teach/coach at their gyms as well (I've seen quite a few guys coaching their students at Jiu Jitsu tournaments a week after they fought).

For most full time fighters, there's never really a down period where they aren't doing something MMA/BJJ related to help their overall game.
