M member 1013 Guest Nov 19, 2015 #3 ^ I had that book when I was training weights seriously for sports (Strength Training Anatomy by Frederic Delavier) its very authoritative and a good source. I would recommend it to anyone. He also wrote a follow up but I haven't read it.
